To use "MegaUpload Cookies", you need a Cookie Editor for your browser.
Its easy to use "Cookie Editor" in Mozilla Firefor.

After installation, Now Create a free MegaUpload account and login, after that please follow these instruction.
Step 1:
After Install Cookie Editor you can find this option like this
